Quality Time | God's Love of Intimacy

Quality time is more than presence it is attention. God invites us not just to believe in Him but to be with Him. Throughout Scripture love is expressed in lingering listening and shared moments. When we give God our focused time we respond to His love in a language He welcomes relationship. As Gary Chapman highlights in The Five Love Languages quality time is a primary way love is both given and received. With God it is the same love grows where time is honored. Scripture “One thing I have desired of the LORD that will I seek that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life.” Psalm 27:4 NKJV Gary Chapman’s book The Five Love Languages reminds us that love must be expressed in ways that truly connect. For many people quality time is that bridge and God continually makes Himself available for it. GET REAL.
